We, Nunify Tech Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our” “Company”) are the owners of the website www.nunify.com and www.aidaio.com (“Website”). The Website showcases the Company’s event technology and event management software Nunify (the “Software”). The Website, Mobile Applications, Emailers and Software are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”. The Platform allows event managers, organizers, create event websites , event mobile apps, event web apps, registrations/RSVP forms, emailers, livestream, conduct webinars and check-in guests onsite. (“Services”).
When the Company receives information from its Customer, the Company acts as a Processor and shall process data as per the instructions received by the Data Controller. We may also use your Personal Information collected to create aggregate anonymized data. We shall ensure that such anonymized data will not be directly identifiable to you or to the Personal Information shared with us.
