1) Basic Registration


How do I register for the Congress?

1) Navigate to the Registration page, select your ticket and click 'Continue'

2) Complete the registration form; add the Congress Party, if desired

3) Click 'Have a promo code?' and enter your discount code, if appropriate. Promo codes must be applied during registration and before your proceed to step 4) - the value of the discount cannot be reimbursed after you have completed your registration. Click here to learn how to get your code.

4) Click 'Continue' to enter and then submit your payment details

What are some of my options on the registration form?

Participant Directory: There will be a directory of participants available online which can be used for networking and discussions. Select Yes if you'd like to be included. You may update your choice in your online profile.


Accessibility: If you have any special requirements that you'd like us to know about, check this box and someone from the organizing team will be in touch closer to the Congress dates. You may update this in your online profile.


Who is eligible for the Student rate?

Full-time enrolled students. You will be asked to provide proof of eligibility for the Student rate during the registration process.


What's a Day Pass?

If you're not able to attend the full three-day Congress, you may purchase individual day tickets. You'll be asked to let us know which day you're thinking of attending, but you'll be able to use it on any day of your choosing.


What payment options exist?

Payment via this platform is via credit card only, which greatly helps reduce administrative effort on the part of the Congress volunteer team. If, however, you are unable to pay via credit card, please contact [email protected] for alternatives.

2) Promo (Discount) Code


Where do I get my member Promo code?

Please note: The Congress team is not able to provide you with the member Promo code; you must contact the SIETAR organization you are a member of.


We are in the process of communicating the codes to the SIETARs, so we ask for a little patience.


SIETAR Europa members

1) Login to your SIETAR's website and view your member account/profile page. If your membership is active, the code will be shown. If your membership is not current, you may either renew or contact your SIETAR team.

Where do I enter my Promo code?

Before you enter your credit card information, look for the 'Have a promo code?' link. Enter your code after you have clicked the link. See the screenshot with desktop and mobile views.


3) Other Topics

When does the Congress start and end?

Once the programme is finalised we will provide the start and end times to help you plan travel. We expect the Congress to kick off with checkin and a social event late afternoon on Wednesday, 5 June and end mid-afternoon on Saturday, 8 June. This will then be followed by a closing social event.


Can I get a receipt for my payment?

Yes. We will email receipts to partipants in June.




How do I access my Profile?

Click on Login in the upper right corner of the Congress portal and enter your email address. An OTP (one time password) will be emailed to you.
