A bursary for PhD students is available to allow free attendance at ISIRC for authors of accepted papers who would otherwise not be able to attend due to financial reasons. Please contact the organisers for details.
Upon request, a formal letter of invitation to obtain a Visa to enter Switzerland may be issued by the Organization. Please contact us through the email provided [email protected]
Each author can present a maximum of two papers.
Notes
* To qualify as a student, the delegate must present a valid student card. A copy of your valid student identification card must be submitted at the time of pre-registration. You will also be asked to present your student identification card at the registration desk on-site.
** Cancellations: The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation. However, you may indicate at any time a substitute presenter, provided that the conference secretariat is informed in advance.
