When should I plan to arrive?

Please plan to arrive in Chicago by mid-day on Sunday, October 6th. This will give you ample time to reach the resort, check in, and prepare for the welcome reception in the evening. If you prefer, you may arrive as early as Saturday, October 5th, to enjoy the resort amenities.

How long will I be staying for the event?

The current travel recommendation is to arrive on Sunday, October 6th, and depart on Wednesday, October 9th. If your Function has onsite meetings from Wednesday through Thursday, a hold will be placed on your calendar. You can book your return travel based on when your Functional meetings conclude. The majority of participants are expected to return/travel back on Wednesday.

Functional Meetings after the event

Those who are participating in additional functional meetings after the Summit should refer to their functional leads for any additional information regarding their meeting agenda and location.

Dietary Restrictions

Those with dietary restrictions will be provided unique meal cards during registration that they will need to bring with them to each meal.

How should I book my travel?

When booking your individual flight we ask that you take the following into consideration:

Business Class Airfare => 8+ hours in a single leg

Premium Economy Airfare => 6-8 hours in a single leg

Economy Airfare => 0-5 hours in a single leg

Rental Cars => Only on an exception basis, Uber X is preferred method of transportation when needed

Hotels=> No hotel bookings outside of the Summit resort without approval from your global functional lead

To book The Eaglewood Resort & Spa, lease reference the attendee packet.

Can I join virtually?

No, the Summit is an in-person event and an important opportunity to build connections.

How do I download the app?

You can download the app with this link- nunify | 2030 Aspirations Summit

When will we get the agenda and additional materials?

We will share the full agenda and some of the materials one week prior to the event.

Dress Code

Dress code for the event is Business causal. There is a fitness area and pool at the hotel for your use.

Should I bring my laptop?
