INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
Individuals can call in and identify themselves as members of Group. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Each individual guest can make their own reservations by calling 877-285-6150. Any individual reservation cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with group at the time that reservation is made.
Incidentals: Incidental expenses of Group members will be the responsibility of the individual. The individual guests are to be responsible for incidental expenses, the guest will be expected to leave a valid credit card or a cash deposit in the amount of $50.00 with the hotel at the time of check-in. It will be Group’s responsibility to inform its members of this requirement.
