Onboarding document – Registration & Ticketing

This document will help you in setting up registration for your event. Here, we will cover the following topics:

Features & Samples

Event setup

  • Create your event from this link
  • Add the Basic info(details below) in the Event Website section
  • Set up the registration form fields
  • Add Agenda, Speaker details and venue (only applicable for the event website template)
  • Set up Mailers
  • Set up Ticketing and Payments (if Applicable)
  • Save the changes

The event is now ready to take registrations

Basic Info

  • Domain Name – This will be the domain name of the website and can only be upto 15 characters. The website will be available in here and upload the sheet from the backend portal
  • Speaker’s List – List the speaker details here and upload the sheet from the backend portal
  • Venue – Provide the venue title and lat long values and add them from the backend portal

Setup Mailers

The system can send an HTML emailer to the attendee once they’ve registered successfully. You can use our integrated email builder or create your own custom HTML email and upload it on the backend portal to be sent to the attendee on successful registration.

Setup Ticketing

This allows you to set up multiple ticket types for registration. The attendees, during registration, will be able to select and register for the ticket type of their choice.

Setup Payments

This allows you to sell paid tickets for your event. You will be able to set up different ticket types and the price for each ticket type. The attendee, if they choose a paid ticket type during registration, will need to successfully make a payment for completing the registration.
