Still facing issues?

  • If you are not able to see or hear the stream, please go through this link. This will do a system check and help you in troubleshooting.
  • If you are having problems viewing mixed content (http non-secure and https secure content on the same page), When the prompt will read “Only secure content is displayed”. Click “Show all content” on the prompt and then the content will load appropriately.
  • If you are experiencing problems connecting to the event/webcast, it may be due to the configuration of your company’s network or VPN. Certain firewall configurations prevent the communication features from functioning properly. Please ensure nunify is whitelisted or contact [email protected]
  • If you are experiencing difficulty viewing or hearing a presentation, first run above system checks. Then ensure you have given permission to mic and camera. There might be a “play” button that will show up.
